*Walk-in (for McComb location ONLY): Weekend clinic hours are for sick established patients only . NO new patients or check-ups/physicals will be seen during weekend clinic hours . It's very important that you arrive as early as possible to maximize your chances of being seen.
Appointment Scheduling Details
If you have a sick child, please call as early in the day as possible to secure a same-day appointment. If your child is ill over the weekend, we have walk-in hours from 8:30 – noon on Saturday and 10:00 - noon on Sunday at the McComb location ONLY. Again, arrive as early as possible in order to be sure your child will be seen. Patients arriving after 11:30 may find the door locked so that we can finish up with patients by noon.
If your child needs a check-up or physical, be aware that these examinations take longer to complete than a sick visit. As a result, we have limited slots available for those each day and it is not unusual for us to be booked up 4-6 weeks ahead. Please plan accordingly and call to schedule your child’s sports physical or yearly check-up 2 months ahead of time in order to secure the day and time most convenient for you.
Allergy shots are given on a walk-in basis 8:30 -11:00 and 1:30 – 4:00 Monday through Friday.
Well-Child Waiting Area Available
We have reserved the right hand side of our waiting area for children who are here for well visits or other non-contagious issues. If you come to see us and your or anyone with you has cold symptoms, vomiting, nausea, skin rashes, matted eyes, or other issues which may cause a health concern to our well patients, please be seated on the left side of the waiting area with your child when you arrive.
Insurance and Billing
Please call or e-mail us for information specific to your insurance company and plan. We are happy to file insurance, but YOUR ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE for communicating with your insurance company. If you receive a bill for services you feel should have been covered by your insurance plan, please call us immediately so that we can help you resolve the issue with them before the time for filing and correcting claims runs out.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please speak with Renee, our Clinic Manager to set one up.
